Gallo 71 presented was to us as a challenge, not only design-wise, but in every innovative way for us to create a restaurant without any precedents. Here you will find a rarely seen mixture between Mexican architecture and interiors that place our minds somewhere outside Monterrey City. The location of this project was a significant trigger for the use of color. In one of our city´s busiest avenues, the color pink was well-suited for standing out. Once inside, guests encounter a completely new look. The use of rustic materials, which in this case served more as a contemporary element complemented by compatible furniture, transport us to an industrial space. Our design team was able to fulfill our client’s wishes to integrate outstanding design with technological innovations.
